Metronet Utility Installation
Metronet came through the subdivision in January 2026 to install fiber internet throughout Deerview.
Q: What if my lawn was damaged from the Metronet installation?
A: Workers will be back in the spring to repair sod. If you have damage beyond sod replacement, use the link here to submit a claim directly with Metronet.
Q: What if my sprinklers were damaged from the Metronet installation?
A: You can contact the project manager or project coordinator directly to report any damage to sprinkler or invisible dog lines.

Annual Dues are $225 and due by January 31, 2026. Payment can be made to "Deerview HOA" by mail via check or through PayPal (credit card, debit card, bank payment) via the PayPal button in this section. PayPal charges a small fee for usage (3.49% plus $0.49) so your total via PayPal will be $233.34.
