Q: Where can I get a copy of the neighborhood bylaws?    

A: You can download a copy of the bylaws here. 

Q: Do I need HOA approval to make changes to my house?

A: Exterior changes (decks, siding, sheds, etc.) must go through review by the HOA Architectural Control Committee to make sure they're in compliance with neighborhood bylaws. When in doubt shoot us an email to ask! Check our out Home Improvement tab for details.

Q: How can I get in touch with my neighbors?

A: The neighborhood Facebook group is a great place to ask questions or get connected to neighbors. If you need to be added to the group please contact the HOA Board at HOA@Deerview.Org

Q: Who is on the HOA board?

A: The HOA Board changes every year but it is made up of volunteers from our neighborhood!
